Arrived completely melted and ruined

"I LOVE this brand and have been ordering monthly for quite some time. I placed a pretty large order as I usually do and for whatever reason this time EVERYTHING in my order was completely melted beyond recognition. I thought I might try to revive my order by placing them in the refrigerator, but all the chocolate reconstituted and turned white and tasted absolutely horrible. I emailed the company just to let them know and I never received a response. I realize it’s summer now, and I’m so disappointed I cannot find their products anywhere in a Brick + Mortar store in my neighborhood. I won’t be re-ordering anytime soon. Such a bummer"

A good variety

"This was a nice variety. I can't eat pistachios, but my friend was a bit disappointed. I don't remember why. I think it was all a paste and she thought the pistachios would be chopped nuts separate from the "cream" filling. I don't know. She still said it was good."
